He has over 15 years in the fleet management industry and has served clients in both private and public sector and has extensive experience in structuring and management of PPP fleet projects.
Before venturing into fleet management, he has worked in mining, assurance and telecommunications industry.
 

Oupa holds a Hons.Bcompt, Management Advanced Program (MAP) and Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) Certificates.
